Registration
Cancellation Policy
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration to reserve your spot.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the trip group number minimum has not been met (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
- Should the retreat be cancelled by Insynergy due to unrest in Perú (or surrounding areas) that directly affects the retreat itinerary, you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid, guaranteed!
- Any cancellation made between 01/15/2024 and 06/15/2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
- Any cancellation made between 06/16/2024 to 08/15/2024 will result in 75% of the trip price.
- Any cancellation made after 08/16/2024 will result in a total loss of funds.
Insurance
Trip cancellation insurance is not required for this journey, but strongly RECOMMENDED. We suggest using Travel Guard Insurance, as they have multiple policy options to choose from. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
- Money can be transferred to another retreat or the same retreat offered at another time within 12 months as an alternative to refund.
- All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
- Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. Any medical expenses, quarantine due to COVID-19, political issues or other cancellation costs of travel are at your own expense.
COVID-19 Policy
If there is an International MANDATE RESTRICTING TRAVEL in or out of the United States, Perú, or any connecting countries associated with the outbound and inbound flights to attend the retreat or a restriction in the number of people that can gather at an event will result in the following: ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A RESCHEDULED DATE FOR THE RETREAT.
