InSynergy offers yoga classes in Virginia Beach & Cumming, GA for all levels. We are here to empower individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being using the teachings and practices of yoga and physiotherapy.

Why Yoga? For millennia, yoga has been one of the most powerful tools to connect with one’s mind, body, and spirit on a deeper level. At InSynergy, we take a holistic approach to yoga to strengthen and relax the whole body. As a registered yoga instructor in Cumming, Dr. Misha specializes in multiple styles of yoga, including restorative, vinyasa, hot yoga and yin yoga, with a focus on breath work and functional anatomy. Everyone is welcome here, regardless of experience, ability, body type or fitness level.

Our yoga classes in Cumming encompass a holistic process through the teaching of mindfulness and improving proprioception as I work to build a bridge between functional movement and traditional yoga while tying in my knowledge of Physiology, Anatomy, Kinesiology and neurology.

What Can I Expect from an InSynergy Yoga Class?

Our holistic approach to yoga means that our classes are designed to help heal your nervous system and work the whole body, so you can reset and leave each class feeling stronger, refreshed, and ready to handle whatever the day brings. With regular practice, yoga students can expect to build strength, confidence and inner calm. We offer personalized one-on-one instruction and/or group yoga experiences in multiple settings, i.e. corporate groups, retirement communities, retreats, private functions and more.

What to Bring?
Yoga is a very simple, minimalist practice. All you need to bring is yourself, an open mind, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable athletic clothing that you can move in. Yoga blocks and straps are optional.

When and Where Can I Participate?

We offer private yoga lessons, as well as group yoga sessions (OR classes) in Cumming and throughout the Atlanta region.

Private Functions and Workshops
Yoga is the perfect complement to almost any activity or occasion. It has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety and help create better focus among its participants. Yoga is a powerful experience that will foster self-discovery, confidence, creativity, team building, and communication. Organizing a writing retreat? How about a multi-day convention or retreat? Got a special birthday or other milestone coming up? Why not add another layer to your event? Yoga can be integrated into nearly every activity and setting you can imagine. We can even handle the logistics, so you can relax and focus on your yoga practice.

The current cost is $75 for a 60 minute session for a group of 8, and includes an initial assessment, reviewing medical history, postural and balance assessment and manual muscle testing, followed by a plan of care with progression.

Everyone is welcome to yoga, even if you feel unsure, or if it’s your first time. There is no obligation or commitment to continue if you decide you are not ready or if yoga is simply not for you!

All we ask is that you try it and have an open mind!
